T&C - TSA

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By enrolling or participating in any program, event, or activity offered by Taurus Sports Academy (TSA), hereinafter referred to as "the Academy," you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements specified for each program or event as determined by TSA.

3. Release of Liability

Participants, including athletes, coaches, volunteers, and parents or legal guardians of minor participants, hereby release TSA, its employees, coaches, agents, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while participating in Academy activities.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes sportsmanship, respect for others, and TSA's rules and regulations. TSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for any individual who violates this code.

5. Payment and Fees

Participants are responsible for paying all fees associated with the programs or events in which they enroll. Payment terms, refund policies, and late fees are outlined separately and must be adhered to.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

TSA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs or events due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund policies for canceled or rescheduled programs will be communicated to participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, instructional materials, and digital content, produced by TSA is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

TSA may collect and store personal information as required for enrollment and communication purposes. Participants' privacy will be respected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Photography and Videography

TSA may capture photographs or videos of participants during events or activities. By participating, participants consent to the use of their likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of General Authority of Sports - UAE

11 Compensation rule

A maximum of two absences are permissible for compensation within the one-month duration. Any additional absences beyond this limit will not be eligible for compensation.

12 rule

Freezing of sessions will be in case of medical injury only with providing an official hospital report

2. الأهلية

يجب على المشاركين تلبية متطلبات الأهلية المحددة لكل برنامج أو فعالية حسب تقدير الأكاديمية.

3. تحرير المسؤولية

يُطلق المشاركون، بما في ذلك الرياضيين والمدربين والمتطوعين وأولياء الأمور أو الوصيين القانونيين للمشاركين القصر، أكاديمية TSA، وموظفيها، ومدربيها، ووكلائها، وشركائها، من أي مسؤولية تجاه الإصابات أو الحوادث أو الأضرار التي قد تحدث أثناء المشاركة في أنشطة الأكاديمية.

4. ميثاق السلوك

يُتوقع من المشاركين الالتزام بميثاق السلوك الذي يشجع على روح الرياضة واحترام الآخرين وقواعد ولوائح TSA. تحتفظ TSA بحق تعليق أو إنهاء المشاركة لأي فرد ينتهك هذا الميثاق.

5. الدفع والرسوم

يتحمل المشاركون مسؤولية دفع جميع الرسوم المتعلقة بالبرامج أو الفعاليات التي يسجلون فيها. تمت المعالجة بشكل منفصل لشروط الدفع وسياسات استرداد الأموال والرسوم المتأخرة.

6. الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال

تحتفظ TSA بحق الإلغاء أو إعادة جدولة أو تعديل البرامج أو الفعاليات بسبب الظروف الغير متوقعة. سيتم توضيح سياسات استرداد الأموال للبرامج الملغاة أو المعدلة أو المجدولة مرة أخرى للمشاركين.

7. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتوى، بما في ذلك الشعارات والعلامات التجارية والمواد التعليمية والمحتوى الرقمي والذي ينتجه TSA محمي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. يمنع استخدامه، أو استنساخه أو توزيعه بدون إذن.

8. الخصوصية

يمكن لـ TSA جمع وتخزين المعلومات الشخصية حسب الاقتضاء لأغراض التسجيل والتواصل. ستحترم خصوصية المشاركين وفقًا لقوانين الخصوصية المعمول بها.

9. التصوير الفوتوغرافي والتصوير الفيديو

12. قانون التعويض

يُسمح بتعويض غياب يصل إلى اثنين كحد أقصى خلال فترة شهر واحد. لا يمكن تعويض أي غياب إضافي خارج هذا الحد.
