I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Taurus Sports Academy, its staff, organizers, affiliated programs, associated coaches, event organizing bodies, sanctioning bodies, sponsoring companies, and all respective agents, officials, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns FROM ANY AND ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity. This includes but is not limited to claims arising from death, injury, loss, or damage to the applicant’s person or property, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING, OR TO ARISE, due to participation in any program, whether as a spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, at any time. THIS RELEASE APPLIES EVEN IF such incidents are caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the aforementioned parties. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, assigns, and representatives.

Indemnity Clause:

I FURTHER UNDERTAKE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY Taurus Sports Academy, its staff, and affiliates against any and all liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the applicant’s participation in Taurus Sports Academy programs, events, or activities. In the case of a medical emergency where I or another responsible adult are not present, I authorize the organizers to provide treatment deemed necessary and agree to reimburse any medical expenses incurred by the organizers.

Physical Fitness Declaration:

I WARRANT that the applicant is physically fit and capable of participating in the sports programs and activities offered by Taurus Sports Academy.

Media Consent:

I HEREBY CONSENT to the use of participant's name and photograph in promotional materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and social media content, created or shared by Taurus Sports Academy and its associated organizations.
